Terms and Conditions for Faro Sketchbook Event

By registering for the Faro Sketchbook Workshop, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your participation in the workshop up to two hours before the start of the course for a full refund.

• For 10 AM sessions, cancellations must be made by 8 AM on the same day.
• For 4 PM sessions, cancellations must be made by 2 PM on the same day.

3. LIABILITY WAIVER

By participating in the Faro Sketchbook Workshop, you agree to hold harmless and waive any liability against LIGHTHOUSE COURSES and Grażyna Ostrowska for any accidents, injuries, losses, thefts, or damages incurred during the workshop.

• You acknowledge that you are covered by your medical insurance, which will be effective during the workshop.
• You agree to provide a copy of your medical insurance card upon arrival, including the insurance provider, plan, group number, and contact phone number.
• You understand that the workshop involves activities that may include exposure to unpredictable weather conditions.
• You confirm that you are in good health and capable of participating in outdoor activities.

4. HEALTH & SAFETY GUIDELINES

• Weather Awareness: Please dress appropriately for the weather conditions on the day of the workshop. Consider bringing sun protection (hat, sunscreen) and water in warm weather, or layers in case of cooler temperatures.
• Physical Comfort: The workshop involves a calm walk through the old town with occasional stops. If you have any concerns about your ability to walk for the duration of the event, please let us know in advance so we can accommodate your needs.
• General Safety: While the workshop is in a safe and pleasant environment, please stay aware of your surroundings as you would during any walk in the city.
